With a recent change of ownership, the client was on a mission to regenerate the business, including a complete refurbishment of their premises. The interior housed factory, office and welfare spaces that had barely been improved since the 1980s, affecting client perception and staff morale.

OUR SOLUTION

A wide-ranging turnkey scope delivered without significant disruption.

The scope of work included adjusting steelwork on an existing mezzanine, creating new stairs and replacing industrial doors, through to bespoke feature signage, laboratory-grade spaces and furniture. Through careful planning and detailed collaboration, the project was achieved on programme, accommodating mid-project brief changes without significant impact to cost or programme.
